FIRST STEP FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
To start your return or exchange, contact us at the email address kimonosbohochic@gmail.com with your order number (for example, #12345) attaching photos of the products and our support team will provide you with a shipping address to receive the refund.
Make sure you ship the items in an appropriately sized package and in the original packaging with all labels. Send the package with the courier service of your choice. Save the delivery receipt and the package tracking number. Include the order number or receipt inside the package for easy identification.
IMPORTANT: Please do not return your items to any address that may appear on your package or anywhere else, as we will not be responsible for the loss of your items.
Products purchased at KimonosBohoChic.com can be returned within 14 days if the original packaging is intact and the products are in perfect condition. Accessories, documentation and original packaging must be returned, otherwise the products will be subject to depreciation.
In order for our warehouse team to identify the returned item, please add a note inside the bag with the order number.
Remember not to wash any clothes. If we detect that you have washed, damaged or used the garment, we will cancel your return.

SHIPPING OF ARTICLES
To return an order, you must first complete the return and exchange form and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.
KimonosBohoChic.com is not responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that we never cover the cost of return shipping unless there is a defect or an error in the item number, size or color.
You must ensure that the products are properly packaged so that they are not damaged during transit. If the product is found to be damaged or used beyond what is necessary for us to reasonably inspect, we may deny a refund.
